Installation

Up and running in a minute

1Download the installer (.exe) and run it.
2If Windows SmartScreen appears (the installer is unsigned), click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
3Launch VoiceWiz from the Start menu. The first-run wizard helps you download a speech model and set your hotkey.

1AppImage: make the file executable (chmod +x), then run it.
2Debian/Ubuntu: install the .deb with your package manager (e.g. sudo apt install ./VoiceWiz-*.deb).
3Fedora/RHEL: install the .rpm (e.g. sudo dnf install ./VoiceWiz-*.rpm).
4Launch VoiceWiz from your applications menu. The first-run wizard helps you download a speech model and set your hotkey.
